R\u00e9partir ce m\u00e9lange dans quatre plats r\u00e9fractaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le beurre en noisettes (ou r\u00e2per le beurre congel\u00e9). Ajouter la noix de coco, la farine et le sucre, et frotter le tout entre les doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange grumeleux r\u00e9gulier. R\u00e9partir ce crumble par-dessus les framboises. Glisser les crumbles dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure du four et cuire durant 10-15 min.
