au beurre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 petites tresses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20g de levure fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g de farine \u00e0 tresse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5dl de lait&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7gr de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 oeufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre l&rsquo;oeuf et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 un peu pour dorer la tresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9trir tous les ingr\u00e9dients avec le robot 10 minutes \u00e0 grande vitesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser lever 2h en \u00e9tirant puis en repliant la p\u00e2te 2\/3 fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tresser puis laisser encore lever 20 minutes ou une nuit au frigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badigeonner la tresse avec le reste du jaune d&rsquo;oeuf m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de lait et quelques grains de sel puis enfourner \u00e0 220\u00b0 durant 25 minutes avec un peu d&rsquo;eau au fond du four durant les 10 premi\u00e8res minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
