Hors du feu, ajouter le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 de 2 citrons et la moiti\u00e9 des feuilles de basilic. Couvrir et laisser infuser au moins pendant 15 minutes. Filtrer. Faire chauffer \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019eau avec le sucre et le jus des 3 citrons verts, pendant 5 minutes. Laisser refroidir au frigo, puis verser dans la sorbeti\u00e8re.
