Les baigner dans les jus de citron et pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer le ch\u00e8vre avec le whisky, fa\u00e7onner des quenelles avec 2 cuill\u00e8res puis les placer sur les pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire griller le m\u00e9lange de graines dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che.
