Les couper en biais en rondelles d\u2019environ 0,5 cm. Diviser les pointes en deux. Couper les morilles et hacher l\u2019oignon. Faire chauffer le beurre dans une po\u00eale large et y faire revenir l\u2019oignon et les morilles. Ajouter les asperges, sauf les pointes, saupoudrer de farine et laisser mijoter env. 5 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant. Ajouter les pointes d\u2019asperges, le bouillon et la demi-cr\u00e8me. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis laisser mijoter env. 3 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. Rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement avec du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9goutter les tagliatelles. M\u00e9langer aux asperges et aux champignons.
