D\u00e9tailler env. 100 g de pulpe en petits morceaux. <br>Couper les poitrines de poulet en deux dans le sens de la longueur, puis en lani\u00e8res. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chauffer l\u2019huile dans une grande po\u00eale ou dans un wok. <br>Y faire rissoler la p\u00e2te de curry. <br>Mouiller au lait de coco, ajouter le poulet et laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit li\u00e9e et le poulet cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu avant de servir, ajouter les morceaux de pomelo et m\u00e9langer. <br>Faire chauffer et saler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dresser dans des cuill\u00e8res pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9es, y effeuiller le cerfeuil et servir chaud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : \u00bd pomelo (env. 100 g de pulpe) 350 g de poitrine de poulet 1 cs d\u2019huile d\u2019arachide 4 cc de p\u00e2te de curry rouge 2 dl de lait de coco sel 5 brins de cerfeuil Peler le pomelo \u00e0 vif.
