Muscade de Provence\u00a0<\/li><li>huile d\u2019olive pour r\u00f4tir et affiner\u00a0<\/li><li>400g de champignons par ex. chanterelles\u00a0<\/li><li>2 \u00e9chalotes\u00a0<\/li><li>sel\u00a0<\/li><li>poivre du moulin\u00a0<\/li><li>1 citron\u00a0<\/li><li>4 brins de thym<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eplucher la courge et \u00f4ter les graines. La couper en tranches fines. Faire chauffer un peu d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale large et y faire dorer les tranches de courge des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. R\u00e9partir sur des assiettes. Nettoyer les champignons. Hacher les \u00e9chalotes et les faire rissoler 1 minute dans le jus de cuisson. Ajouter les champignons et faire revenir env. 4 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. R\u00e9partir sur les tranches de courge. Saler et poivrer mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment. Presser le jus de citron par dessus et affiner de quelques gouttes d\u2019huile.
