Fermer le sachet sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 en suivant les instructions sur l\u2019emballage. Entailler la couenne du jambon en croisillons, mettre dans le sachet avec le zeste d\u2019orange et le vin. Fermer l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du sachet en laissant l\u2019air \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.
