Lorsque vous observez un l\u00e9ger cr\u00e9pitement, \u00e9teignez le feu et mettez la po\u00eale de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Attendez 30 s puis ajoutez l\u2019ail. Il doit confire et ne surtout pas br\u00fbler. Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du persil, le piment et le poivre.
