R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir maintenant les l\u00e9gumes quelques minutes, \u00e9v. ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau. Une fois cuit, ajouter la viande, le miel, le contr\u00e9 de tomate, les herbes de Provence, le bouillon, le vin, le bouquet garni. Ajouter de l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout soit recouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer au four \u00e0 200\u00b0, ~1h30 avec le couvercle puis retirer le couvercle et laisser encore cuire ~1h30.
