{"id":29319,"date":"2022-07-03T12:16:57","date_gmt":"2022-07-03T10:16:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simond.ch\/recettes\/?p=29319"},"modified":"2023-12-25T17:03:23","modified_gmt":"2023-12-25T16:03:23","slug":"chips-de-polenta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simond.ch\/recettes\/chips-de-polenta\/","title":{"rendered":"Chips de polenta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recette adapt\u00e9e de celle de l&rsquo;APV: <a href=\"https:\/\/paysannesvaudoises.ch\/recipes\/chips-aux-cereales\/\">paysannesvaudoises.ch\/recipes\/chips-aux-cereales<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ~30 chips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150g &nbsp;polenta mouture fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g&nbsp;m\u00e9lange de graines&nbsp;lin-s\u00e9same-tournesol-courge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g&nbsp;huile de colza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u00bd&nbsp;dl&nbsp;eau bouillante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;feuilles&nbsp;de papier sulfuris\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7g de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Allumer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<br>M\u00e9langer la polenta, les graines, le sel et l\u2019huile.<br>Ajouter l\u2019eau bouillante et bien m\u00e9langer.<br>Mettre la moiti\u00e9 de la masse sur un papier sulfuris\u00e9 , recouvrir d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me papier.<br>\u00c9tendre tr\u00e8s finement avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<br>La quantit\u00e9 de la masse doit recouvrir toute la feuille.<br>Enlever la feuille de dessus.
